Delivery:

Standard UK Delivery - £3.95

Once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days. We use the Royal Mail and myHermes Courier. We charge a flat fee of £3.95 for destinations within the UK. Delivery time guide is 2-5 days. If you would like items sent using an express or next day delivery service, please contact us for a quotation.

Collect in Person, Cardiff - FREE

If you are Cardiff based and would like to 'collect in person'. Drop us a line and we can arrange a suitable time for you to collect your purchase. Please use 'CARDIFFPICKUP' discount code at checkout.

Returns: 

We hope that you will be happy with your order, but on the (rare) occasion you are unhappy, please notify Grey September by email.

We are happy to exchange or refund the product within 14 days of receipt. Items should be returned in their original condition (and in the original packaging if applicable).

All return costs are payable by the customer (unless the item returned is in a faulty condition or an incorrect item was received). We recommend that you obtain a proof of postage and / or use registered post (for high value items) as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. 

We will process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive your item.  

 

Damaged / Faulty Items: 

If an item is lost, damaged or faulty, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
